Remote Learning Preparations
* Parents – please be sure you check your voicemail, email, etc. and follow up with teachers
* 3rd thru 12th grade students – check school email regularly. This will be the primary source of communication from teachers.
* Kindergarten, 1st, & 2nd grade teachers – communications will go from teachers to parents.
* Teachers are actively creating assignments – both online & paper.
* All classes should be up & running by the end of the week
* Online lessons & assignments will be shared via Google Classroom, email, etc.
* Specific teachers will share their plans
* Students will not need to be online all day, every day - Device sharing by siblings should be possible in most cases
* Teachers making packets of work expect to have them ready by the end of the week.
* Packets will be available as teachers complete them at the Breakfast/Lunch station beginning Tuesday morning (March 24), 7:30 til 9:00am.

* As of the Governor's Stay at Home Order of March 25, you may continue to pick up work packets but we may not accept completed packets from you - please keep all completed work at home until other information is available.
Limited Building Access - CANCELLED March 25
As of Wednesday, March 25 - email Mr. Bates or Mr. Lotrich if you have VITAL items at school to make pick-up arrangements.

THURSDAY, MARCH 26 between 10:00am and 12:00 Noon.
* No more than 10 students will be allowed into a building at the same time
* Social Distancing of 6 feet will be required

Fowler Junior/Senior High School Students
* Access to lockers, both hallway & gym locker room
* Students should plan to: Remove PERSONAL items (clothing, electronics, etc.) and any items VITAL to their remote learning classes (Notebooks, pencils, etc.)
* Students should LEAVE property such as textbooks - this is NOT to be used to completely clear lockers
* Please park in the WEST PARKING LOT (near the HS Gym)
* Access will be granted through the FRONT DOOR ONLY

Fowler Elementary Students
* Access to their cubbies
* Students should plan to remove PERSONAL items (clothing, electronics, etc.) and any items VITAL to their remote learning classes (Notebooks, pencils, etc.)
* Students should leave district property such as textbooks - this is NOT to be used to clean out desks
* Please park in the EAST PARKING LOT
* Access will be granted through the CONFERENCE ROOM door only

Other Special Arrangements
* Please send a note if someone other than parent/guardian/student will be picking up belongings
* If classroom access is believed to be required, this will arranged with Mr. Bates and/or Mr. Lotrich on site
* Medications will only be sent with adults
* Additional days/times may be scheduled depending on need
* Any other arrangements must be made with Mr. Bates and/or Mr. Lotrich
